DEIT CHAT FOR WEIGHT LOSS/ Reduce extra fat from body

#Diet #Chart for #Weight #loss or #Tummy reduce or melt extra #fats from your system.

Morning once you finish brush up. Take one glass luke warm water.

If time permits go for walk, if not yoga. Or no worries. Next 1 hour don't take anything. Then take 2 glass of luke warm water.

For your breakfast, have any veg salad like cucumber, carrot or any veggies. or Fruits as per your choice. With in 9 am finish this activity.

Then 11am have green tea.

12.30 to 1.00 pm have lunch like idly, poha or rice half. Eat half stomach only.

Then after 15 min gap, take one spoon horse gram powder, chew and consume well. Then after 40min of time take 2 glass of lukewarm water.

Around 3.30 pm take one green tea.

Once you reach home dont eat anything from 5 to 7 pm. Have waters only inbetween or have soups. If you are having soup, then add 1 spoon of horse gram powder mix it well and have it.

Night for dinner again take any veg or fruit salad or 1 roti as per your choice.

Then after 15min take one spoon of horse gram powder and after 40min take water. and then go to bed.

Mean time:

you can take enough amount of water, juice or fruits as per your choice.

cut down all junk foods, sprouts and diary products like cheese, butter or curd. Have butter milk a lot.

You can change the diet like..

you can have glass of lukewarm water by adding spoon of ginger syrup and 1/2 lemon juice and 1 spoon of honey and mix well and drink. This can done morning empty stomach or your 11am break time.

or take one glass of lukewarm water, 1 spoon of black pepper powder and 1/2 lemon juice and 1 spoon of honey mix it well and drink.

For roti, or rice you can have bottle gourd curry, cabbage curry which helps to burn your calorie.

No bread, biscuits, cakes, pizza, pasta

SUGARCANE is the real DETOX . Drink the juice fresh or eat the SUGARCANE

No oats.

Don't eat oats, cereals for breakfast. They are packaged food and we don't need them.  Also they are tasteless and boring and our day shouldn't start with boring stuff.

Use oil like ground nut, gingelly or coconut oil for cooking. which is pure.
